By accessing or using Supamu Learning ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of children, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

Supamu Learning is an online platform that provides:

• AI-generated practice exercises for 11+ exam preparation
• Child account management for parents and tutors
• Progress tracking and results reporting
• Exercise assignment and completion tracking

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Parental Consent: By creating child accounts, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the children and consent to their use of the Service under your supervision.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial but you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

6. AI-Generated Content

Our exercises are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors
• Exercises are for practice purposes and supplement, not replace, formal education
• We do not guarantee specific exam results or outcomes
• Parents/tutors should review exercises as appropriate

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Supamu Learning and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Generated exercises may be printed for personal use with the children in your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
